Lab Autoclave Vertical Model:

Vertical Autoclave, high pressure electricity heater steam sterilizer is used for sterilization of hospital surgical instrument, dressing material, linen. Rubber, plastic materials by mean of saturated steam under pressure of 20 psi. Autoclave is also used scientific laboratories, educational institutions and industries.

Construction of Vertical Autoclaves:

Double walled construction with boiler made of stainless steel thick sheet. Outer shell is made of mild steel finished with powder coating (or) inner and outer chamber is fully made of stainless steel sheet also available. Lid is made of stainless steel thick pleat and is tightened all-round by wing nut locking system. Sterilizer is hydraulically tested unto 40 psi as softy measures and fitted with Neoprene Rubber Gaskets to ensure tight sealing.

Autoclaves are fitter with pressure gauge, steam release cock, spring–loaded safety valve that can set at any selected point from 15 psi to 20 psi +/-3 psi and drain outlet. An ISI

Lab Horizontal Autoclave:

These Lab Horizontal Autoclaves are suitable for any organization / institutes / laboratory doing bulk sterilization and research work. The unit comprises of mainly double welled chamber and a boiler both mounted on a study, heavy mild steel stand duly finished with powder coating.

Construction:

Double walled unit, mounted horizontal on a sturdy heavy mild steel tubular stand. The inner wall of the main chamber is of thick gauge stainless steel sheet and argon arc welded. The Lidn (hinged door) is made of thick stainless steel plats, provided with radial locking system comprising of thick rectangular M.S. Bars duly powder coated along with safety mechanism, ensures complete risk free and leak proof sterilization cycles. Heating elements are Immersion type heaters. The unit fitted with Neoprene Rubber Gasket to ensure tight sealing.

The S.S steam generator unit is fitted with easily replaceable heating elements and is fixed at the base of the M.S. stain it is also provided with a pressure control Switch, which does not allow the pressure to build up beyond the safety limit. Water level inside the boiler. Fitter with pressure gauge, safety valve and steam release cock on top of the Autoclave.

The switch boy consists of main switch along with pilot lamps, relays etc. and mounted on the stand of the sterilize of east operation. Pressure control switch, which cut off the boiler with the inside pressure reaches at set points and re-energizes the heating elements when pressure falls below the set point. Autoclaves are fitted with control device with separate valves for injecting the steam into the main chamber and releasing the steam from the chamber. Automatic vacuum breaker is provided to break vacuum in case of formation of vacuum due to steam condensation.

All Horizontal Autoclave are tested hydraulically upto 40 pic as electrically for safety measure. Suitable for operation on 440 volts, 3/1 Ph, AC, 50 HZ supply.

Supplied complete with outer M.S/ S.S chamber, Automatic Low Water cut off safety valves, pressure gauge, steam release cock, S.S. Trays.
